In your words

My girls don't get homesick they get camp sick. They miss camp staff and friends when they come home.

Our culture at Girl Scout Camp is respectful and inclusive; campers and staff nurture a sense of belonging and keep an open mind and heart about the lived experiences of others so that they can learn how to nurture equity, opportunity, and inclusion for everyone. We value, celebrate, and support diversity in all its forms and welcome all Girl Scouts to our camps no matter their background, abilities, or how they choose to identify themselves.

Girl Scouts welcome all girls to join the Girl Scout Movement regardless of sex assigned at birth, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. Sometimes, Girl Scout members begin to question or discover their gender identity during their time as a Girl Scout, and Girl Scouts supports these members and acts in their best interests.

We sincerely hope this reflects a community that you and your camper are excited about being a part of. If you have questions or concerns, we’re happy to discuss. Campers and families with needs around accessibility, special considerations or accommodations, dietary restrictions, etc., may contact the camp directly to talk to the Camp Director about how camp staffers can support those campers for a successful experience at camp.

We look forward to seeing your camper at camp this summer.
