Redeem Cookie Credits for camp

1. Register and pay the 10 percent deposit for your desired camp(s) in CampInTouch.

2. Submit the Camp Cookie Credit/Gift Card form to redeem your credits and we will apply the amount toward your camp balance and send an updated invoice to the family.

3. Keep your card until you have received confirmation that the amount has been applied to your camp balance.  

4. If the amount of your payment through Cookie/Gift Cards exceeds your deposit, your deposit will be returned.

5. If the parent, troop leader, or troop cookie manager selected in eBudde to have Cookie Credits withheld for camp, then the credits will be automatically applied to the family’s account after the Cookie Program ends. The family will only receive a Cookie Credit card in the mail if the amount of Cookie Credits exceeds the cost of camp.

6. If a camp does not register in CampInTouch, girls should first pay in full to that camp and then submit their receipt of payment for a reimbursement of the amount of Cookie Credits using the Cookie Credit Reimbursement Form.
