Camp Grant Information
To apply for a camp grant for Tomahawk Ranch, Sky High Ranch, or Day Camp, follow the steps below.

Register and pay the 10% deposit for your desired camp CampInTouch.

Submit the Camp Grant Application.

The camp grant administrator will review the application and communicate the amount granted to the family within two to three weeks.

If the family decides the grant doesn’t work for their finances, they must email a reply to decline the grant and we will cancel their camper and refund their deposit in full.

Grants are good for one session/girl per application and cover up to 90 percent of camp fees. If the family decides the grant doesn’t work for their finances, they will be fully refunded their deposit.

Outdoor Program Grant Information
To apply for a grant for a Troop Camp or Family Camp program follow the steps below.

Before a family or troop registers for a program, families can apply for a grant.

Girl Scouts of Colorado staff will review the application and notify the family if the grant has been approved, confirm the amount awarded, and provide the family with a grant code.

Families provide the grant code to their troop leader and the troop leader will enter the grant code during the registration process.

For Family Camps: Families will enter the grant code during the registration process.

Camp Discount Information
The following discounts are applicable for the 2025 camp season for those sessions that register through CampInTouch. The cookie volume discounts indicated below are only for packages sold in the 2025 cookie season.
Discount Process

Cookie Volume Discount: Parent enrolls the camper into desired camps and pays the 10 percent deposit, GSCO Product Program team will communicate with our camp registration team about girls who have earned Cookie Volume Discounts in 2025. GSCO Registration applies the discount on the back end of the CampInTouch system and sends an email with a new invoice to the customer. This discount can be combined with either the New Resident Camper Discount or the Additional Sibling Discount; whichever of the two may apply to the camper. Girl Scouts earn only one of these discounts; they are not cumulative.

Additional Sibling Discount: Parent completes a camp application, in the requested discount field customer indicates camper has a sibling attending camp in the current season. GSCO registration will check the discount report daily, and review the camper record to ensure that two or more siblings are registered for camp. The discount will be applied to the children with the lowest total camp balance. If the family has more than two children discount is applied to all but one sibling. This discount cannot be combined with the New Resident Camper Discount.

New Overnight Camper Discount: Parent completes camp application, in the requested discount field customer indicates the camper has not stayed at an overnight Girl Scout camp before. GSCO registration will review the camper's record to ensure that the camper has not attended overnight camp previously at Tomahawk or Sky High and applies the discount to the camper's most expensive session. This discount cannot be combined with the Additional Sibling Discount.

Day Camp Volunteer Discount: Parent enrolls the camper into the volunteer-led day camp session and pays the 10 percent deposit to secure the space. The Camp Director approves the adult volunteer and shares a list of approved volunteers with GSCO registration. GSCO registration applies the discount on the back end of the CampInTouch system. This discount can only be applied up to the required number of adult volunteers for each camp per Safety Activity Checkpoint ratios.

Fall Product Program Discount: Parent enrolls the camper into desired camps and pays the 10 percent deposit, GSCO Product Program team will communicate with our camp registration team about campers who have earned the Fall Product Program Discounts in 2024. GSCO Registration applies the discount on the back end of the CampInTouch system and sends an email with a new invoice to the customer. This discount can be combined with either the New Resident Camper Discount or the Additional Sibling Discount; whichever of the two may apply to the camper.
